Air Fryer: The Secret of Crispy Mini Pizzas in Just Minutes!

CRISPY MINI PIZZAS with POTATOES and ROSEMARY in AIR FRYER 🤩

These mini pizzas are a spectacle: incredibly CRISPY and delightfully indulgent, but the best part is that they are SUPER EASY to make 😍. You absolutely cannot miss this recipe! 🍕

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g pizza flour or type 0 flour
- 300 ml water at room temperature
- 30 g extra virgin olive oil
- 10 g salt
- 4 g dry yeast (or 10 g fresh)

For the topping:
- 2 potatoes
- rosemary
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl, pour the flour and add water gradually while mixing; add the oil and salt. Knead first in the bowl and then on a work surface for a few minutes. Put the dough in the bowl, cover it with transparent film, and let it rise until doubled. Take the dough, divide it into 8 parts, and shape them into small rolls; let them rise for half an hour. Meanwhile, thinly slice the potatoes and dry them well. Stretch the rolls with your fingers to give them an elongated shape. Top with potatoes, rosemary, a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook in the air fryer at 190 degrees for 12 minutes or in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

👉 You won't need to flip the mini pizzas: thanks to this dough, they will cook perfectly both on top and bottom, even with just one heating element (as in almost all air fryers). I guarantee they will be perfectly cooked underneath, even if they aren't golden or burnt.
