In this video: We take a deep look into how to triple edit on controller in Fortnite Battle Royale. With Chapter 2 Season 3 approaching fast, here are some advanced tips and tricks for learning the best way to triple edit on controller. Triple edits are challenging at first but once you learn these tips for triple editing on fortnite then you will be very fast at doing this edit. This isn't the most practical move on the game but there are times when it can come in handy. Learning and adding this edit to your skill set can improve your mechanics at the game because the more you learn the better you get. The more moves you have in your inventory, the better you will be able to counter apposing players and you will learn how to not die to people who are worse than you! These are controller tips and tricks that I wish I learned when I started triple editing when using controller. There is a handcam in the video as well to really help you see what buttons I am pressing and how I hold the controller. These are 10 advanced triple edit tips with a handcam. This will work with a Xbox controller, PS4 controller, scuff controller or any Microsoft controller. I use a Microsoft Xbox Elite Series 2 controller which has 4 paddles on the back. My settings are also in the video if you want to know them

I think that it is beneficial to edit the floor and ramp with 2 squares as: it gives variation and you can do a high ground retake for easy highground; and you won’t get stuck like u do with single square triple edits

I found trying to max out my double edit speed and then when I mastered double edits, I would add the wall, triple edits take time and practice

The thing is; when U place a floor and then pyramid, I edit through the floor, but it doesn't confirm and switch to the next piece unless I toggle my pickaxe, which takes too long when running up a ramp in order to clear them out efficiently.

I would recommend having a higher horizontal sens that vertical because all monitors/ TVs are longer horizontal than vertical meaning you will need to do more horizontal movements than vertical, also the lower vertical will make it easier to double edit 2 tiles as you will have more control of your crosshair

It’s much harder on console because there is a delay and you have not enough time to place the wall because of it.
