I would never replace my original sega with one of these but, i would definitely pick one of these up for family gaming with my boys. I am actually pretty shocked at how good the sound is. That's the thing that always seems to be terrible on Sega Genesis clones, even officially licensed ones.

I'd definitely wouldn't replace my oroginal md with this one. The everdrive is not working and got me this is really a showstopper.
I prefer to piay on my good old md on a good od crt :)

If I was going to build a system, it needs a triple buffer or vsyn, with a native to 60 hertz, since, 60 hertz is usly sweet spot for a lot of low resolution games still run fine on with out sacrificing game play from the native refresh. Any thing higher than 60, starts to get desyn but I heard 120 can look good on HD tvs.lonhs your TV refresh is match to you game refresh, you shouldn't need any syn enabled on most games but still the syn option, you set.on reason why control input is leggy because your refresh is desyn.

They had so many of these clones in Brazil and under the Sega branding too. Even if they are license by Sega, they only use clone on a chip and not real hardware.

Another Chinese Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. The thing for me is if you are going to buy a Chinese version are you really going to be happy with it or should you just buy an original one online or at least a Sega Genesis/Mega Drive mini. But if you get the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive mini it might be best to get the hacked version because most have the whole library of the console.
