Another great one, Mr. Detective! I've always enjoyed watching James Mason- he's always so calm even when engaging in murder! Thanks once again for a commercial-free slice of noir!

Very good movie from beginning to end! Of course, expect the very best when starring & produced by the incomparable James Mason. Fun Fact: The actress who played the scheming sister-in-law also co-wrote the script (Pamela Kellino). How do I know? I love reading credits before & after a movie. Thanks so much for the upload!

I give this one a 10 out of 10 as well. I too, have never seen a bad James Mason film. I even enjoyed "Forever, Darling" with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz (1956 comedy/fantasy) which was not always well received. "The Upturned Glass" was excellent! Thanks Detective. Awesome movie.

Increíble Mason, the most most gentleman of all, en un rol que le viene como anillo al dedo, con esas expresiones torturadas pero sin exagerar, como "hasta ahí", puro cine!.y la trama atrapante. Gracias! NOTA, Si fuera "detective" también me arrojaría si veo un Mason

Terrific film. Thanks for posting. Enjoyed your backstories about the actors too! It was a memorable film and i especially enjoyed the Hitchcockian suspense in the last section, and the dialogue between Mason and the older man, who was a fine actor as well. I subscribed your channel..

Almost French-type film. Could have gone all the way “non-Hollywood” ending but kudos nonetheless for darkness! ❤❤

Excellent! Loved your info regarding Mason's family too. Hoping to see Odd Man Out at some stage, one of my favourite James Mason films :)

Consider hosting “Green For Danger” from the UK and 1948.
