a true lego master flips the lego piece around in the 4th dimension to mirror it correctly.

Just remove the mirrored tile on the other side to make it symmetrical and your good ;)

Moral of the story: don’t throw all of your LEGO pieces into a big pile, especially if it’s for a massive LEGO build.

I very much feel this. And is ultimately why I have every single Lego piece organized by piece # in bin organizers. I found this super helpful when going to rebuild retired sets and Mocs.
