Well I have it and I know when it's up or even elevated.headache, dizzy, feels like something is pressing against me. I know that's what it is because before I came down with high blood pressure, I didn't feel that way, ever, plus now when I do feel that way, I check my blood pressure and it's either elevated or high.Their are in fact symptoms of high blood pressure but of course a doctor isn't going to tell you.
