Thank you, what a relief to find this and have it work straightaway. My Midea is a mini Benchtop dishwasher that is filled by a jug through the top before each load. No problems for 9 months until this Error 4 code today that was not going away. A simple tilt, drain, wipe has fixed it now. Thank you.

Wow, my dishwasher showed me this error code today and I found a video that was uploaded just yesterday. What a coincidence! This helped me more than the manual (which basically said "somethings leaking, good luck"). I first didn't see anything but when I started tilting the dishwasher like you said, I actually found a huge amount of water below the dishwasher 🙄 never would have noticed. So now it seems to work again! Big thanks! But do you know if this is a permanent fix or if I'll be back with this code in a while?

I changed my heating element. But, it's showing E4.

But still E4 showing .

Thank you! Wow that's a lot of water that was under the machine already and coming out as well when tilting. Error on the screen fixed, but now my question is, how the hell did so much water get there? Too fast pooring into the machine? (I manually add water).

How many times you all tilt and use. I have no idea. Find the root cause where is the water from or what causes the float switch activated the error code E4.
