Hello Sweet Friends! In today's video, we're going to make two yummy recipes plus, I'm going to decorate my foyer for the Autumn Season!

RECIPES:
CAPRESE SHEET PAN GNOCCHI:
The perfect example of a minimal ingredients, maximum flavor kind of meal. Plus it’s made on one sheet pan, so there’s minimal clean up too!
Recipe (serves 4):
1 pound store-bought gnocchi ( I USED CHEESE TORTELLINI)
3 cups cherry tomatoes (colorful mix)
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
1 teaspoon lemon zest, for garnish
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Basil pesto, for serving
Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss together the gnocchi, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and several grinds of pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the gnocchi is tender and the tomatoes are browned, tossing halfway.
Remove from the oven and top with the mozzarella, lemon zest, and basil. Season to taste and serve with dollops of pesto. ( RECIPE BY LOVE AND LEMONS)
3 INGRED PUMPKIN SPICE DONUTS:
Ingredients
1 15.25 ounce package Spice Cake Mix
15 ounces pumpkin puree
1 can cream cheese frosting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, add the cake mix and pumpkin puree.
Beat together until smooth.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into a donut pan or spoon in.
Bake the donuts for 10-15 minutes or until they spring back when pressed lightly with your finger.
cool for 5 minutes. Remove the donuts from the pan and cool completely.
Dip the donut tops in the frosting (warm for 20 secs)
Can decorate with sprinkles.
