Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! If you already haven't, please subscribe to my channel, it would mean the world to me! Be sure to hit the notification bell, so you can be alerted every time I upload a new video. I have been trying to upload new videos several times a week!

This video I decided to do because I have so many people ask me about how I manage my pain, and when I tell them I do this they have even more questions. This will be a multi video series, because if I made it one big long one, yall would be bored. I wanted to break it down into the different things we talked about and did, so you can watch the video you wanted to know more about. Stay tuned to see the other videos I have about acupuncture and cupping!
This video is just giving you an explanation on how it works, the science behind it, what is involved in being a trained acupuncturist, and more information about the "scary" needles! I think a lot of people don't know much about this form of therapy, so it often gets overlooked! Seriously, if you have a disability and you have tried everything the doctors have suggested and you're still suffering... do your research, find a good acupuncturist in your area, and get an appointment! It can't hurt!!
