Sir, funfact, a certain Mr. Quincey Johnes saw this show on TV and decided to invite her 4 years later to his 82th birthday to Londons O2 Arena as an opener of the festivities. Mr.Johnes was the arranger of this song for Old Blue Eyes F. Sinatra. Since that fateful day in London, this girl/lady is known to all the imprtant people in the music industry. Mr. Ronson was so taken with her, he send her a copy of the original tape of "Nothing brakes like a heart". 
Miss Angelina is well known in this community, as is her nickname, The Boss.

You mention your 8 year old daughter attempting to memorize the times tables. If she were to understand math instead of memorizing, then she would create her own way of doing multiplication. Angelina understands music at a very high level and creates her own way.

“I Keep Holding Out for You” is a jazzy bluesy song that I think she did at about 10. Others could confirm. It was a demo for another Norwegian singer and it was never released but it is terrific.

Yes, she was spectacular as a very young child, and then she got better every year—until now when she is the best singer I’ve ever heard. You are right that with Angelina you get her version of whatever she sings. She definitely has listened to the greats, and she has learned from them. But Angelina is uniquely Angelina—even at this age.

Jazz is a native language for AJ, learned with total immersion from birth just like Norwegian was. All the complexities of the music are incorporated in her just like her other spoken languages; just another language, another accent ("Just", LOL).
