Have you noticed there are no other dead bodies in the temple which means no one has been inside this temple before Until lara arrived I wonder how old the temple is and I wonder how long those statue monsters have been there waiting to awaken for an intruder

Okay so, I'm really late to the party, as in, I've been playing 1-3 for the first time, and just finished TR2 about a week ago by now, maybe, and TR1 in October. I'm kind of going back and forth between this and Stella's Tomb Raider Site Walkthroughs, and I was following this video until about 20:00 in, when I'm finding that no matter what I do, this door isn't opening after pulling that switch.

I further found out from the written walkthrough via Stella's site that apparently, you need to go the other way first and do stuff over there before trying that switch, but it seems to me like you didn't have to do that in this video, so what happened in my game that I apparently can't open that door with the switch? It just seems to do nothing 😨

EDIT: Oh my god, I see what I've been missing this whole time, disregard. In case someone somehow falls under a similar issue/misconception, when you're getting the secret *before* this one, there's a switch there that you're supposed to pull that somehow with both this video and a text walkthrough, I just somehow wasn't processing that there was a switch there, and somehow it went over my head in the video.

How I even made this mistake is almost unexplainable, but I'm gonna chalk it up to it being an issue of me being tired the first time I tried to follow this walkthrough.

@eldincy, at 38:50 which controls do you use to get to the other lever? No matter what I do, I am taken by the current, and end up in the spikes :(

So I think my game is bugged. Im stick in the water tunnels from 19:00 ove done exactly this like 8 times and the grate in the floor never opens. I have 1 save. This may be it for me lol

I loved tr1 and 2 but tr3… sorry but the first two levels are impossible without a walkthrough. I gave up!
