That's why shoe companies make their logo part of their shoe design.

It's almost like corporations don't actually give a shit about the consumers...

J. Wray is a class act. That Second Hand Smoke part was fucking incredible. Starts it off with the line to the big gap at Carlsbad and the beat drops when he lands. Great track selection.

Hey @thenineclub tell Jeremy Wray you can absolutely copyright a mold design (or any design). All you have to do is put it as part of a literary work. Meaning, write a book about the story of how you came up with the design, put illustrations and specific details of the design and voila, you have a copyrighted mold design.

I can’t remember if it was Circa or Fallen that had a shoe that looks just like the Dukes. I think they were Circa. I had like 4 or 5 pairs. They were my favorite shoe to skate in 2008-2010 because my local shop would sell them to me at just over cost. So I’d have a cheap pair to shred and when I wanted to show out for the skate rat hoes I would pull out a dunk or a Tre AD

Michael Greenberg is known for ripping off popular shoe designs from popular shoe companies that can traced back to when LA Gear was popular in the 90’s. Sketchers do have some great shoes and they do succeed when it comes to making comfortable shoes but I will never like a company who rips other people off. At least Dukes tried to something about it. That’s something Nike fails to do when it comes to people copying them. They just sue and don’t really do anything about it.

You can’t copywrite a design, but you can get a design patent.
