Here are three ways to tackle your to do list

1. Schedule in your specific tasks in your calendar
2. Set up a prioritized task list like the Eisenhower decision matrix.
3. Set up blocks of time to engage in high energy vs low energy tasks.

A little more. If you don't find a time, actually schedule a time to complete a task, it is unlikely it will get done. The Eisenhower decision matrix is just one option of a prioritized task list. It takes some self awareness to know when you are high or low energy. It's not always the morning or the evening.
