The first ball python I ever got to hold was a BEL, and she was the one that made me fall in love with the species. so the blue eyed lucys will always be my favorite, but the others are just as gorgeous!

breeding wise i'd probably go with the Mojave/Butter.. that way every baby will get a Mojave OR Butter gene. looks wise i like the Albino Super Lesser. the white with Red eyes is really cool.

RCD the most surprinsly pretty Lucy you have ever featured in my opinion was a bamboo Mystic in a video on adult BEL complex snakes. To me that snake was white and gold, with some light bamboo pattern.

Literally the first snakes I got were ingredients to make bels and got four in my first clutch of 8 eggs! Lesser pin banana x mojo! And my odds have been pretty stellar since they definitely kicked my luck off in a good way And luck is not something that usually goes my way haha!! I know that you can tell if a BEL is also banana or coral Glow by shining a mag light on the top of the head. In a BEL just the pupil is supposed to glow red vs the CG/Banana BEL where the whole eye shines red.
Because you're saying the eyes are so different between a Super lesser/butter vs one with Mojo or other BEL gene, does that mean regardless the whole eye for a super lesser/butter(no CG/Ban) will shine red as well?

Also, I've seen a lot of BEL albino combos on MorphMarket with micro eyes instead of the super lesser bug eyes. Have you seen that in your Albino BELs? these include Mojo lesser, mojo russo and super lesser combo BELs with albino.

I’d be curious to see more bel complex lines that have pattern with the albino. I think you are spot on with black eyes being the purest white color. I wonder what combos can eliminate the yellow patches.
