I know the feeling of being awarded a scholarship as a walk-on. It’s difficult to describe. I was blessed. The last three years of college were paid for…..and I left college with no debt.

I’m a 50 year old dad that was blessed with two kids that went to college and graduated with degrees the thing that my kids never had to fight over or worry about was food on there table and a roof over there heads and because of that they were blessed .. watching this I see some kids that had to worry about food and a roof but there determination and talent and will to survive and god got them a full ride … I just hope they use that full ride to get educated and get a degree so they won’t have to rely on football because 99% will never make it to the NFL and the 1% that does a large % of them get injured within the first few years …
There were kids on this video that literally had me crying, that one young man that was homeless and slept at the field had me truly choked up …
