Come with me for a beautifully sunny, solo winter hike around the Peak District in Sheffield, UK. Stick with me and you’ll learn a little about each of the wild, edible and medicinal plants we find along the way, and even a fungus that we can use for bushcraft!

Please remember to never eat any wild food unless you are 100% certain of its identification, always be sure to cross reference your sources. If you have any questions please feel free to leave a comment :)

This is my third foraging video this month so do check out parts 1and 2 if you would love to learn more about the magical plants and fungi you can find throughout February!

Please remember to never eat any wild food, be it plant, fruit or fungi, unless you are 100% certain of its identity and always cross check your resources. Always do research before taking herbs internally, especially if you are pregnant, have severe allergies or a weakened immune system. Finally, remember to take only what you need from places of abundance, and always leave plenty for the wildlife too.

If you’d like to follow along for more foraging and forest garden content, you can join me over on;

Thanks for watching!

So glad to see someone point out how foragers often go ages without seeing anything! Because we only post to social media when we do people get a skewed idea of how easy it is to fill your basket

The wild garlic isnt quite showing yet up here in north Yorkshire yet. A few more weeks and I'll be having a lovely spring soup of cleavers, three cornered leeks, wild garlic, sorrel, dandelion leaves, jack by the hedge, Wild onions and Nettle tips. Great video, spring is almost here👍🙏🍄🌿🌳

I just watched one of your other foraging videos and got excited about eating random alliums - now youve warned me about the Lords and ladies I will be a bit more careful what I eat 😂
