As a 180lb guy I worked with 600lb Greek guy named uncle gus. Gus was a slow mover but when he gets going he's going. One day I was messing with him and he made it across the kitchen so fast n he swung his giant arm at my chest n lifted me with his forearm to where my head touched the cieling. I understood him perfectly. Knights trained in their armor as soon as they could fit in it. When you spend days at a time with 50-60lbs of armor on, you will get used to it and you will strengthen to bear the weight. Wear it like a second skin and eventually it will be.

As a person that lost almost 200lbs it's crazy how much strength you have compared to people of similar size. I can pick up a refrigerator, and guys my size are like, "Help me with the cooler?"
