In Australia, they were so common that excavators were all called KATO's up until the 80's.

Nigel and I found an old Kato buncher up in Dunster near Valemount. It was tucked away in the trees pretty good I could send you the photos if you'd like.

We had Kato in Ireland and then they disappeared. Now there selling new ones here again.

My neighbour has a quiet old Kato he used it to build his house and now it is just sitting in his backyard in the tall weeds
