Women were staying at home raising and teaching the children...They were so oppressed yet didn't think to teach their children any different? Some women just love to blame their problems on something other than their own actions. I am so glad I can vote but honestly I would love to see a documentary from the point of view of women during the suffragette movement that didn't want the right to vote.

I just want to make mention that staying home and raising your kids isn't easy. It's often easier to just pay someone else to do it. Which is why a lot of mothers choose to let daycares and public schools raise their kids(I understand there are exceptions). Often the "Trad movement" paints it as easy and glamorous. It's often times not. It's absolutely worth it though! I wouldn't trade for an easier life to let the government raise my kids. I just feel like tradwife accounts run by women who aren't mothers chalk the lifestyle up to be a constant paradise. It's not. it takes a strong sacrificing person to do it right. We shouldn't falsely advertise. We want young potential mothers to have a heads up so they strengthen themselves for the great calling motherhood.
