She will actually take you in as part of the pack quickly, once she is properly introduced. She is loving and very caring.

As a child in Oklahoma, we had a lot of Horned Lizards about. We called them "horned toads". Never had one squirt blood at me however. We captured them (gently!) and kept them as pets. They were actually pretty gentle and friendly.

In Texas we had a plant called a bull nettle, grew about two feet high and is extremly poisonous.

We live in Canada and we own a cross mixed fixed Labrador Pit Bull 🐂 and he Apollo is very gentle as well as 3 Cats 2 males 1 Pregnant female 5 Gecko's 3 Leo's 2 males 1 female 2 climbing Gecko's and are mates 1 Bearded Dragon. Pandora protects her babies from Apollo our only problem. She does not like Apollo with 1 vet visit for Apollo because of Pandora. Ace, Rocky the Cats. Diego, Cosmo, Luna, Tike, Yoshi the Gecko's. Orion is the Bearded Dragon.😅

I own 2 pitbull and am a 49 yr old woman. My pitties are incredibly loving, and one of my pitties is adopted as an adult! I disagree with the assessment of this breed.
