INGREDIENTS:
• 1.2 kg of meat
• 2 cut potatoes
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• Oil
• 2 sliced onions
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• Dried parsley and paprika

Meat, potatoes and onions.
A simple dish.
But, it looks a bit overcooked.
Other than that, it looks good.

For everyone to thinks it's overcooked? If you want fall a part tender? You have to make it well done. When I make a large roast beef? I make it medium rare or if I make a prime rib I make it rare.. but if it's a rump roast or eye round roast? I want my meat to fall apart tender so I cook it well done. I just depends on what cut of meat is 41 and plus what you like.. I am all about bloody meats LOL.. but my pot roasts are always well done and I can barely cut it with a fork and it falls apart.. I love that! Everybody has different taste buds.. so we really can't critique while other people are making as far as how cooked it is. Unless it's chicken. Most people overcook it or undercuts. That has to be precise

That meat has got to be tough and dry. There needs to be more fat on top to keep it moist.

One more time I have to voice my opinion LOL people always want to critique everything that somebody does. If it's not exactly what they do? They're always going to find something wrong with yours..😅 why not just say it looks delicious. If you want to add a suggestion to say that looks amazing however try to add this or that to it I think you would really like it. But great job! I don't know why people like to pick on other people's things. If it doesn't look good to you? Move on go to the next recipe. It takes a lot less energy to be kind and say kind things then it is to critique and be kind of mean to someone. Again, we all have different taste buds.. you can always make a suggestion but try not to be rude to people that are cooking. I've seen recipes that were so horribly done and I told them good job and love what you do and keep loving it. But I will make suggestions as to how to make that meat more tender or maybe add this or that. But there is a way to talk to people without getting their feelings hurt. They're doing these videos because they love it. Why take that away from them???

I'm assuming it's 180 Celsius. You may want to specify F° or C° some may cook it wrong. Lol

1. What is your fascination with paprika on everything?

2. You need to seriously check out your measuring skills. If you can't accurately "eyeball" measurements, then use measuring utensils before telling people how much to put in.
