I've always loved Kate McKinnon's Hillory Clinton singing "Hallelujah". It was easily one of the most beautiful moments I've seen on SNL. It makes me feel something every time I view it, but I but never knew until today that the artist who performed the song passed away that week. That song just evokes emotion on its own, and with the election I thought she only performed to connect with those of us who were truly feeling the loss and the rough days to come. That extra layer, though... that's one of the reasons I love SNL.
