I love that it sounds Goofy, but still intense. Cleetus is a farmer, so things are going to start off Somber. Playing a western like theme to trick the viewer. Only to slowly reveal Cleetuses' true intentions around Layer 2. Despite his appearance, he is not to be taken as a joke due to having access to admin commands.

And knowing Cleetus he's doing this to fuck with you this is all just a game for him. CoolKidd thinks he's playing a game but Cleetus IS playing one.

Whenever Albert takes damage, receives a debuff, or chases a survivor, his Rage meter fills. During a chase, his Rage meter will stop at 50%, even after the chase is ended. After reaching 100%, Albert’s TROLLING GUI abilities are enhanced, he gains Speed I, Resistance III, and cannot be stunned for longer than 1s, with all debuffs removed. RAGE lasts for 20s.

Albert targets a survivor within 50 studs of him and toggles the Anchored property of their character's humanoid root part. Once unanchored, the survivor is immobilized for 3s with a 1.7s windup. If a survivor exits the 50-stud radius, the ability is canceled.

—SUBMERGE
Albert uses the TROLLING GUI to summon a Felipe head at his current position, which submerges into the ground, creating a visible crack in a 5-stud radius. If a survivor steps within the radius, they are inflicted with Slowness I for 7s, while Albert gains Speed I for 7s.
Cooldown: 20s

—SHOTGUN
"Gonne teach some of y'all UNCIVILIZED city folk how to catch some pigeons!"
Albert equips a double-barreled shotgun with a widespread, able to fire a burst of bullets in a cone. The shotgun deals 29 damage per shot (58 dmg if Albert connects both). The survivor(s) are knocked back, reducing their movement speed for 2s with Slowness III. The shotgun can hit up to 3 survivors in a single shot. If the survivor is in close range of Albert, the damage is increased by 63 per shot.
