🤔 If you did a one hour strength training workout on Monday, it’s basically the same as doing 3x 20 minute workouts, so that means you’re already done your strength training for the week, right?

FALSE! 🙅‍♀️

This does not mean that you’re done for the week!

Spreading out your workouts to multiple days throughout the week actually ends up benefiting dancers because…

✨You’ll be more consistent

✨You can hit multiple muscle groups more consistently

✨You can track progress week to week

✨Your training routine can be more well-rounded in smaller pieces

However, if you have done a one-hour strength training session this week, I definitely still applaud you! 👏
