COURSE ABSTRACT
In this course we present the basics of differentiable manifold theory as an extension of multivariable calculus from first courses of Mathematics and Physics degrees. A review of linear and multilinear algebra will be addressed and basic notions of intrisinc calculus will be introudced: functions and curves, tensor fields, intrinsic derivation, metric structures, symplectic structures, volume structures, etc.
