Gmod tutorial on how you can build a ACF tank with a mouse aim turret that has ballistics calculations and can hit targets far away accurately. Hope this Garry's Mod tutorial is useful, I know it is live very long but I just wanted to explain as much ass possible so that the builder understand the most possible, here it is anyways, finally after many years, a new tank tutorial!

I watched your first tutorial yeeeaaaars ago in middle school. I've graduated High School now, and I'm getting back in ACF, you shoulda sheen the look on my face when I saw this tutorial was made by you.

This has got to be the most comprehensive acf tank tutorial out there. There's tons of room for innovation, design choices, layouts, etc, but the essential frame is so well built. I had been making cars in gmod for so long I tried to make tanks the same way and quickly realized that's not how it works. After about 30 minutes into the tutorial, it started driving really well and I couldn't believe the smoothness. Thanks gmodism, I can see a world of tanks ahead of me!

my cannon just spin everywhere slowly when i exit my tank... And also it enters in collision with my makeshift turret, even tho both a in no collide state

I don't know if you are reading this after a year but I'll try anyways. I do like the tutorial and it really helped me. But if you don't mind you could put a disclaimer on the screen if you make a mistake like with the parenting or wiring. Because there are people like me wich follow the tutorial step by step and it becomes really annoying to rebuild everything and skip to the right part in the video because we made also followed your mistakes😅. Anyways i love your work and keep it up👍

Why when i put make spherical on wheel it just bugged out it became far away form its original position

i fallowed all the steps in the tutorial until i got a little problem with the gun... when i get in my tank and press shift the gun will go sideways and literally avoid trying to aim to the right and flip on th left idk its broken help please?
