Thrift With Me + Try on Haul | QUIET LUXURY | Goodwill Outlet - Pay by the Pound!

Thrift with me for the quiet luxury / old money aesthetic with a strict budget of $50. The goal is to find multiple outfits, at least one pair of shoes, and a purse. In order to achieve this, our primary thrifting will take place at the Goodwill Outlet where you pay by the pound. We will also stop at the Family Thrift Outlet where everything is $2.25, and the regular Goodwill Store with standard prices.

Quiet luxury is an elevated take on minimalism made popular by Sophia Richie on TikTok, celebrities like Kendall Jenner, and shows like Succession. We shop for key takeaways from the aesthetic, such as natural fibers, tailored cuts, maxi lengths, neutrals, monochrome, and more.

I really really love that you have standards for the pieces you choose to take home and that if its slightly too big, not the right fabric, out of season, worn, etc it gets put back. A lot of people get caught up on “well I’ll wear it in fall” or “I can fix it a bit to be what I want” but most of us dont have the time or energy to follow through on those things. I have a hard time shopping because I’m quite picky with style and fit so its hard watching hauls or thrifting because people make it seem so easy to find so many items. I like that you showed the thought process behind it
