Hello Marlow, you probably won't see this but i have been practing cpvp for about 3 months and I haven't really improved much. But after watching your video and training in my single player world WITH your texture pack (1.0 and 2.0) I got surprisingly good at hit crystalling and dealing damage, and so much more so thanks alot for this :)
