This was part of my education growing up. I hated it! Then, I became a corporate banker and the one to woo clients. Who knew, etiquette can take us places. My mom and my grandpa from my dad’s side were crazy about etiquette. My dad was a bit more chill, but my mom made him better.😂 The confidence to know what to place where, what to eat when, how to eat it, is a great confidence booster.

Yup, thats what I learned long ago too. Still practice it to this day. However, not my place to chastise those who do not know. I was also told to pay close attention and learn. Pretty rigid at the time but appreciate what know now. Thanks Pop.

I learned the proper way to eat bread in my 7th grade home economics class in the 60s. They stopped offering home ec many years ago.
