No, I don't want to be touched, hugged, kissed anywhere, or even shake hands With Most People. I've felt this way long before the pandemic. I Love your Laws! The more I learn about the Jewish Religion and even the Mennonites..I think I would appreciate those people in my life. Boundaries is what I call them.

Thank you! Thank you! Good sense, decency, fear of G-d. You evince all of the traits so rare and getting rarer in this age.

I'm converting to Judaism, and I've always grown up in a family that isn't very touchy. The most I'd do is shake hands in business. I've actually become more touchy converting to Judaism because Jewish men dance together. So I don't think it's a big deal really.

I think it's good to have personal space and to let our focus be on the conversation and person rather than the physical. Judaism has similar values that I grew up with and takes it a step further, like with modesty laws. For context, I'm American with Austrian and Swiss ancestry, and I here Germanic cultures in Europe also aren't so touchy. This may be more different in Spanish and Hispanic culture, however.

Not Jewish but l agree. In the same vain, shaking hands is a weird custom anyway.

Does this apply with family members too ?
Can children hug parents of the opposite sex? Can adult children hug their grandparents of the opposite sex? I would love to learn more about this.

It creates a more refined relationship with your wife. I won't listen to any other female singing. I never will say that other woman's voice was beautiful.

Shaking hands is an act of cordiality. There's literally no "latent sexuality" involved. Maybe hugging and kissing is going a bit too far, but a handshake is just an act of politeness.

First time I am listening to a someone who has teaching like us (Muslims). I thought we that are alone in this world. But maybe I didn't thought that it would be a Jew cause I specifically didn't knew about this.
