Legends of Amberland: The Forgotten Crown is a first-person party-based RPG. Taking inspirations from classics such as Dungeon Master, Eye of the Beholder, Might & Magic 3, 4, and 5, and so on, the game features grid-based movement and a class-based advancement system. A party of seven player characters will explore a large world filled with danger and various areas to explore.

Legends of Amberland features fast paced combat, quick travel, simple inventory management, and a light fantasy story about a party of heroes on a noble quest. The game itself is 100% turn-based, so you can take your time making decisions as you explore the massive non-linear world presented to you. Character progression is level-based, with experience being earned as you complete quests and defeat enemies. Each character chooses from one of a number of classes, some of which are based on their race, which gives a large amount of replayability based around party composition.

Watching Gene repeatedly click “Reset Attribute Points” instead of “Train” on the level up menu. 🤦‍♂️

Enjoying this LP! It’s good to see new games in this style.

It looks like every step in the over world is 10 minutes. Regen heals 5% every hours so keeping it up when in the overworld should keep your team healed up between battles for very little mana. Also it looks like it did reset your attribute points for some reason.

I don't suppose having a ranger in the party would help with the rough terrain? I don't think it's that kind of game but it'd be a good incentive to have one in the party.
