What you don’t see are the hundreds of employees hired and fired for not selling or performing, the turnover of staff at these types of companies is ridiculous. There’s no career here, the moment you hit a slump you will be of no use to the company, thrown out the door without a thought or a thank you and be back to square one working your way up from the bottom again, only this time, older. Of course it will be your fault, you’ll hear the “sales isn’t for everyone” speech I’m sure.
