ANC will never do the DEMOCRATIC thing and allow a protected vote or for the accused to refrain from voting.

You're talking nonsense, in my opinion. We all know the party decides who are selected to serve in government, which includes the President. He has no power to replace useless or corrupt ministers. You are describing a real democratic parliament, not the ANC.
