About 5 years too late. The Hoffmans have been absolutely unwatchable for years. The only thing that scares me is Todd says "We're not going to be back on Gold Rush. Maybe never again". "MAYBE" never again? Just leave and stay gone.
Anyways Todd has been pitching shows left and right and blowing smoke about his "production company" on Twitter for a while now. Remember when Todd had that prepper show Discovery pushed hard a while back? Nothing ever came of it, but there was footage they showed. I suspect he's picked up a few different shows of various types he's been able to sell. He never made money mining anyways. Kudos to him, he may be a liar, fraud and phoney, but he must be a good salesman I guess.

He is the reason I stopped watching the show. He is immature to feel like he has to get more gold than Parker. And why why why does he let Jack manage the gold without any apparent or obvious supervision. In fact, he gets upset when anyone checks up on him and sends them on their way. I think he is a thief. When ever he revealed the totals for the week, be them high or low, his reaction didn't match the situation. He pinched his own personal take(IMO) so it didn't matter to him. Todd, you are a fool to trust him. Money is the root of all evil and has the power to break families apart. Good riddance to you!

I suppose discovery would woo Dave back, maybe drawing back a lot of the viewers they lost, Dave and Freddy working together again would be cool, as long as they're not dumbed down to turd's level again, besides, wasn't most of the equipment was Dave's, his 1/2 of the business, hee, hee

Todd is a prime example of someone who is in the wrong trade. He was never a gold miner, but he was a good man manager and good at making deals. If he’d stuck to those two things and left the mining to Dave then he would have done very well for himself.

Half the battle in life is realising what your not good at in life as well as what you are good at.
