Quake Champions - newbie on a road #1(gameplay)

hey there, i have just started to play Quake champions. i had a little experience in shooters cuz mostly i played mmorpg before.
so quake is a very new for me (long time ago i have just played cs for fun sometimes) in its speedy gameplay and mechanics and so on.
feel free to give me advices or ask questions . hope i will reach the top )
