I'd want a doctor nearby to revive me, but I'd probably do it. I'd want it to be filmed from multiple angles, and I would keep my eyes closed until after I felt the heart-stopping pain. There's no way I could just sit there and watch while I maintained my position in dreaded anticipation.
The sound that that guy is making can't possibly reflect the pain he's actually in.
