Raising these chords by a half step results to a set of simple chords: C, G, Am, F and D7. You could have transposed down 4 semi tones to the Key of G and then use a Capo on the 4th fret using these easy chords; G D Em C and A7.

You can do all the following chords barred; F# barring across 1st fret 3121, G#m as 4342, E as 4442, B as 4322 and C#7 as 4544 or 1112. Chose what feet's best to you.

Lowering the tuning for all the strings is fine if you're only playing 1 song and not playing in a band. This is not proferred. Capo on 4 fret playing G Key Chords or play the B Key Chords barred.
