Summoners War: Rune Optimizer Guide For Mac

In this video I'll be going over how to get the SWProxy and Summoners War rune Optimizer working on your Mac computer. I know the audio is a little soft, I'm still getting used to the settings on my editing software. And sorry for the ruffling paper sounds. I tried to mute a lot of them, but couldn't get them all.

Instructions:

2. Open Terminal - "sudo -H easy_install pycrypto dpkt yapsy" - enter
7. Close SW out of your multitasker and open your phone’s setting app. Find wifi. Go to your network’s setting. Advanced settings. Change proxy setting to “Manual” and enter the information.
8. Open a fresh instance of SW.
9. Go to your terminal window running the SWProxy and wait for the “gathering monster and rune data” or something like that. After that message has appeared you can now close SW and go back to your phone’s settings and clear the proxy settings.
10. Open your hard drive or on Finder press shift-command-F to open the “All My Files window, click on the “This Mac” tab, and do a search for “.json”
12. Copy all. Command-A, Command-C.
14. Have fun.

Hey, at step 4, When I open SWProxy.py with terminal my window does not look like your example at all and I don't have the "Running proxy server at xxxx.xx..." line anywhere in my window.

one error I notice when I open the file though reads "ImportError: No module named yapsy"

im stuck on step 9. its not saying gathering monster and rune data. on the game it is stuck on downloading necessary information from the server. and before it said that it popped up with invalid format and also failed to connect to network.

I'm not getting any proxy server information, and I'm literally following the vid step by step, am I missing something? well obviously, but what? I downloaded the recommended Python version used the links you recommended and i have no info "import error no module named yapsy"

Thank you for sharing this. I am on step 8, but the game won't open. It's saying "invalid format" How do I correct this?

I try to run the SWProxy.py on terminal but it gives me this:

Ive done everything correctly in the video and the proxy is working, however, once the proxy is finished running no command comes up with "runes or monsters" am i doing something wrong?

when i entered the proxy server and port in my iphone, i cant connect to the game nor browse.. can you help? thanks

Hi Roko, thank you for the tutorial. I'm using release 0.100 on my mac. Followed all your steps to install python. When I run SWProxy.py in terminal I get the address and port. I setup my wireless settings on my phone and launch Summoners War, but it continues to the main game screen without terminal catching anything. Am I missing something?
