I already know who's gonna win here because it's a battle between a barely planetary character (ei) vs an outerversal character (mei). For anyone arguing that genshin still has a lot of more to uncover, i was being very generous when giving a planatery scale to ei because till now whatever we saw from her only gets her up to multi continental. While chapter 32-35 helps scale the 4 strongest characters in honkai impact to outerversal and mei is one of them. It's kind of an unfortunate match up because genshin's lore is quite new while honkai impact is getting amped up because it's basically the sequel of houkai gauken 2 which has plenty of high outer characters like wings of awakening kiana and yog Sothoth.


For anyone who wants scans, there is a yt channel named comet official who has screenshot a lot of the lore from chapter 32-33(34-35 still isn't fully captured yet).


Anyway, praying for Shogun to survive while betting my money on mei.

They both can do time stop but Raiden ei could survive with cost teyvat getting destroy by mei, bcz ei already a soul her real body already gone, i can say the match is tie, but it will be different circumstances if mei in her herrscher of origin form it can cut through soul so yea if compare to herrscher of thunder the match will tie, that's my opinion
