LISTEN WITH HEADPHONES. Recording made with a Thinklabs One Digital Stethoscope. Auscultation on the posterior thorax just medial to the right scapula reveals a systolic ejection murmur. Echo shows bicuspid aortic valve with mild regurgitation and no stenosis, and a 30mmHg descending aortic gradient on the suprasternal notch view indicating aortic coarctation.
