Personally, my favorite gag from this show is whenever Homer strangles Bart while shouting, "WHY YOU LITTLE...!"

The best part of the Moe's Tavern prank call gag is the fact that most would only work if repeated to the tavern in a specific way, yet Moe always asks it that way.
Like the example they showed here, where he looked forlorn when saying "Why can't I find Amanda Huginkis?"
