Payne yesterday night my sung jinwoo was 150k power level and today morning after weekly reset I actually changed his bracelet to a better one and it said +300 cp and it was sctual 147kpower + 300
Meaning he was 3k power less overnight i even rechecked my Battle tier it says 150k power
Why does this happen?

as a F2P, I'm proud that I still have his weapon stay still after 130+days :) people laughed at me, now I laugh at them. one of the most powerful tank's SSR weapon. Def pen boost, dmg increase and gives 12% of total power to teammate? that's like a 1 if not 2 advancement from a SSR charactor
