Hi, Arnie. I really like how you respect your own heritage while straight up celebrating anything that tastes good. You're here for all of it; not just the One True Burrito. That's refreshing.

I’m from El Paso, but I never knew burritos as we know them now originated from around there! If you’re ever on your way through, I highly recommend getting a burrito (or menudo) from Valentines Bakery, they’re great

Awe, one of my most favorite persons to ever live was from Pecos, TX. I miss that man so much 😩 thanks for the good recipes ❤

The food displayed here all looks delicious. An extra thanks regarding the fries. They belong on the side! That goes for the burros, the gyros, stick 'em in/on yourself if you want that combo... It's blind filler, I don't want that excellent flavor watered down by potatoes... ❤❤❤❤😊

Lived in Kaufman County just outside Dallas, place near the lake. There is a restaurant there that we frequented for their breakfast burrito. One of the best I have ever had, we brought our own sauce for it, Reaper based. We would drive from Dallas to Cali for work, and take the 20 to El Paso, There are places we would stop at Anthony for the Gorditas and Ceviche, oh not to mention the Menudo's. Back in Hawaii now and damn I miss those places.

All daughters and sons of the south know that when all else fails, the gas station burrito will always be there for you, without fail.

Arnie, I lived in Pecos for 5 years. Some of the best Mexican and TexMex food I have found in the south.

My Grandpa's neighbor, Trini worked down at the Santa Fe Railroad locomotive shops, in San Bernardino, Ca, back in the 1950's and '60's. Trini would take what he called " A couple Tacos" for his lunch. They looked just like one of your burritos.

This man right here is what we should all strive to be like.

I love chimichangas. Deep fried chicken burritos covered in white cheese sauce. Tex Mex don’t get no better.
