Instead of indulging in the junk filled snack cakes, I made my own low carb Christmas tree cakes that are only 3 net carbs per cake and ACTUALLY TASTES BETTER!!! I would cut the cake into squares and decorate like a Christmas presents or in straight edged triangles for trees. Then there is no waste of cake or need to make cake pops. Should taste just as good.

This year has been very challenging. Then Christmas time appears, and suddenly, so does Little Debbie Christmas trees!
WHY did i even worry about this? I should know that YOU would come to the rescue!
I wish I had gotten all this knowledge 20 years ago, but I'm working hard now. Still making loads of mistakes, but I'm more proud of myself for trying.
(Shh don't tell anybody, but I was wearing pants that I knew were too tight. Now I'm wearing 2 sizes smaller! Everything fits except the belly (too tight!) BUT i'm still wearing them: reminds me not to overeat (will bloat!), and not to quit!
