Noa's reappointment an 'insult to the nation'

LPM parliamentarian Utaara Mootu said Geingob’s decision shows that the government continues to undermine the voices of the people. “Noa has been incompetence. He was basically useless. It is very disappointing and this is a direct insult to the nation. It shows that the government is not serious about fighting corruption,” she said.

We have young, vibrant, dedicated and energetic Namibians who are competent enough to take up that position. This isn't great. Let's try to change and move away from corrupt leadership please.

As a youth I feel insulted and impulsively irritated. I belive we are a Democrat country yet how do we explain someone being in office since 2005? So the president together with the house that agreed re appoint Paulus Noa are trying to tell us that no one in Namibia is qualified to take office? This the reason we as a nation keep punching below our weight due to such practices. If Kanime is going so does Noa he must go and Sebastian Ndeiutunga should follow also. We cant take this any longer.

The role of the media here is to move around and ask the Namibian people if are happy with this reappointment. It doesn't make sense, all the corruption of the accused corrupt leaders never came to a conclusion. But still giving the very same person the position to fight corruption.
