Mahindra XUV 3XO vs Tata Nexon | Which Car Is More Value For Money?

We compare the closely priced variants of the Mahindra XUV 3XO and the Tata Nexon to find out which one of the two cars you should buy.

In this video we will be comparing the base variants with manual transmission of both cars. Mahindra XUV 3XO MX1 1.2 MT is priced at Rs. 7.49 Lakh and Tata Nexon Smart 1.2 MT is priced at Rs. 8.15 Lakh. The prices mentioned are ex-showroom.

XUV 3XO’s 1.2-Litre turbo petrol engine makes 111PS of maximum power & 200Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, Nexon is available with a 1.2-Litre turbo petrol engine that makes 120PS of maximum power and 170Nm of peak torque.

The 2024 XUV 3XO is 3990mm long, 1821mm wide and 1647mm tall. The XUV 3XO has a 2600mm long wheelbase. In comparison, the 2024 Nexon is 3995mm long, 1804mm wide and 1620mm tall. The Nexon has a 2498mm long wheelbase.

Bigger exterior dimensions give a car a stronger road presence. A long wheelbase makes the car more stable at high speeds and gives better legroom in the back seat, while a shorter wheelbase makes the car more agile.
