Dried Thyme – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
3. Yogurt (Curd) – 1 cup
4. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
5. Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
6. Red Food Color (Optional) – A pinch
7. Butter/Oil – For basting
