This child is a hero. No telling how many lives he saved including his own. Can’t say much for the mother but I don’t know her story. We don’t know what she was going through. Just wish she made better choices….

wow diving drunk laws are very harsh in Canada. You probably will
lose your licence
have your vehicle impounded
need to pay an administrative monetary penalty
need to attend an education or treatment program
be fined upon conviction
be required to install an ignition interlock device in your vehicle
spend time in jail at least 7 days on the onset.
If she is convicted of child endangerment it can only get worse. If this does not end in divorce with the father getting complete custody I will be amazed.

my brothers girlfriend got pulled over while she was pregnant (obviosly not noticebly in car) she got stopped by a policeman and she had to take a alco-test. this was during the son 3-4 yrs age sitting in a secure childseat. the police sad that the test was negative and my brothers kid asked why did they test you? you're not allowed to drink since you're pregnant.
