FIVE MINUTE CHEESY RAMEN! OR RAM'N CHEESE.

One of my first every ramen hacks to ever go viral and cross 1m views... it's creamy, it's fiery and inexplicably-delicious. Seriously, I still have friends demanding I make it for them on the regular (you know who you are!).

Start by cooking 2 instant ramen cakes/ noodles of choice until just firm to the bite. Don't over-boil the noodles.

Heat a knob of butter (1-2 tbsp) in a skillet / non stick pan. Stir in 3-4 cloves of minced garlic + 2-3 tsp crushed red chilli flakes/ paprika until fragrant.

Add 1-1.5 tbsp of gochujang/ hot sauce of choice, stirring to combine. Once it starts to caramelise, add 1 cup of milk. Whisk it well until evenly mixed.

Add 2-3 slices of (processed) cheese. Stir until it all melts into the creamiest sauce.

Now toss in your cooked noodles and mix until the noodles are until evenly coated. Feel free to add a splash more milk to make the sauce creamier or water to thin it down a bit.
