when i download, it just downloads something with the chrome icon instead of WinRAR. when i open it, it just takes me to the Blender site. Please, someone help...

I installed it, but when I try to open it, there's nothing but a grey screen and a few minutes later, it closes. I've uninstalled and installed again but the same happens.

Thanks, I did all this but i was expecting to manually delete blender 2.79 but i didn't realize it overwritten it until I opened blender
